The Bvlgari logo uses a distinctive Greco-Roman lettering style where the 'U' is replaced by 'V' (BVLGARI). On authentic bottles, the lettering is precisely engraved with consistent depth. Fakes often have the wrong typeface or incorrect V/U substitution.
Omnia Crystalline bottle
The Omnia Crystalline bottle is an iconic hexagonal design. On authentic bottles, the six facets are geometrically perfect and meet at precise angles. The glass has a very slight aquamarine tint. Fake versions have less precise facets and wrong glass color.
Man in Black bottle
Man in Black has a distinctive rectangular black glass bottle with a metallic cap. The black glass is deep and consistent. The engraved BVLGARI text should be sharp. Fakes use cheaper black-tinted glass that doesn't have the same depth of color.
Presentation box quality
Bvlgari fragrance boxes are rigid, with consistent color application and precision printing. The Bvlgari name is embossed or foil-stamped. Any box that feels flimsy, has uneven color, or has a flat-printed logo is counterfeit.
Juice clarity
Omnia Crystalline should be a very pale, nearly water-clear juice with the faintest blue-green tint. Any cloudiness, visible particles, or wrong color tint indicates a fake or degraded product.

If the Omnia Crystalline bottle looks more rounded or the facets aren't equal in width, it is a counterfeit. The genuine bottle has very precise geometry.
Made outside France or Italy
Bvlgari fragrances are manufactured in France and Italy. Any other country of manufacture is a counterfeit indicator.
Man in Black wrong black depth
The authentic Man in Black bottle has a deep, rich matte-black appearance. A glossy, brownish, or faded black indicates a counterfeit bottle.
No inner tray or tissue
Bvlgari fragrances come with a fitted inner tray or tissue paper surrounding the bottle. A bottle loose inside its box without any inner packaging indicates a counterfeit.
